Quipee includes direct messaging so you can have private conversations with other users. You can also share posts and Quipees directly into a chat.
How to send a direct message
Go to the messaging or chat tab in the Quipee app.
2. Tap the compose or new message icon.
3. Search for or select the person you want to message.
4. Type your message and tap Send.
Sharing posts and Quipees in chat
From any post or Quipee, tap the Share button.
Choose Send to chat or Share to a conversation.
Select the person or chat you want to share it to.
The post or Quipee will appear as a preview inside the conversation.
You can also remove shared items from a chat if the option is available.
Troubleshooting
If chat is unavailable or limited, check the following:
Your app is up to date — some features may be rolling out gradually.
Your account is in good standing and not restricted.
You have an active internet connection.
The feature may still be in beta and not yet available to all users.
Important note
Shared posts or Quipees may show as previews in a conversation, but availability may vary depending on what has been shared and how the conversation is set up.
