Managing Photo Library Permissions

Written by Filip Bukovina

Quipee needs access to your photo library to let you add photos and videos to posts and Quipees. If you previously denied this permission, you can re-enable it from your iOS Settings.

How to enable photo library access

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

  2. 2. Scroll down and tap Quipee.

  3. 3. Tap Photos.

  4. 4. Choose your preferred access level: Selected Photos (to choose specific photos) or All Photos (to allow full access).

  5. 5. Return to Quipee and try selecting a photo again.

Why Quipee needs photo access

Photo library access is required to select photos and videos when creating posts or Quipees. Without this permission, you won't be able to attach media to your content.

Troubleshooting

If photos still aren't appearing after granting access, try closing and reopening Quipee.

If you see a permission prompt within the app, tap Allow to grant access.

On some iOS versions, you may need to restart the app after changing permissions.
