Restoring Quipee+ Purchases

If you've subscribed to Quipee+ and your features aren't showing after reinstalling or switching devices, you can restore your purchase to get your subscription back.

How to restore your Quipee+ purchase

  1. Open Quipee and go to your profile or Settings.

  2. 2. Look for Quipee+ or Restore Purchase.

  3. 3. Tap Restore and follow any prompts.

If the in-app restore option doesn't work, you can also try restoring purchases through your Apple ID. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used when you first subscribed.

If Quipee+ features are still not appearing

Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID as when you purchased.

Try signing out of your Apple ID in iOS Settings and signing back in.

Restart Quipee after restoring.

Check that your subscription is still active in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
