Understanding Account Suspension, Bans, and Identity Verification

In some cases, a Quipee account may be suspended, restricted, or banned due to reports, safety reviews, or violations of community guidelines. Some users may also be asked to verify their identity before continuing.

Why accounts get restricted

Accounts may be suspended if they have been reported and reviewed, appear to violate Quipee's community guidelines, or have been flagged in a safety review.

Identity verification

Quipee may ask you to verify your identity through Stripe before you can continue. Follow the in-app prompts if asked to do this.

Appealing a suspension or ban

If you believe your account was affected in error, go to Settings > Support to contact our team and explain your situation. We will review and respond as quickly as we can. Appeal options may vary depending on the reason for the action taken.
